When stress hits, logic dies.
We don’t rise to our goals — we fall to our systems.
So let’s build your system.
A Peace Menu is a tiny list of 5 things that calm you down in under 5 minutes, cost nothing, and are available anywhere.
Examples that work across whole barrios:
• 🌄 Short walk to a rooftop or mirador
• 💧 Cold water on your face
• 🎧 One calming song (NOT sad, just grounding)
• 🧎 20 seconds of slow stretching
• 🤙 Voice note to someone who brings you peace
• 🙏 Mini gratitude: “Three things that don’t suck today”
• 🧘♂️ One round of box breathing
• 🚰 Drink a full glass of clean water
Your nervous system LOVES predictable options.
It needs to know where safety lives.
Today you build that map.
