Everybody has pressure inside.
Life puts it there.
But “raging” to get it out?
That’s outdated software.

Here’s the new model:
60-Second Release Ritual
A structured, safe mini-vent that keeps dignity intact.
1. 30 seconds: say everything fast, messy, unfiltered
(not screaming, just releasing)
“I’m stressed, I’m tired, I feel alone, this is too much…”
2. 10 seconds: stop talking and place one hand on your chest
3. 10 seconds: breathe in for 4, out for 6
4. 10 seconds: whisper
“I’m safe. This feeling will pass.”
Then walk away.
You’ve emptied the pressure valve — not the relationship.
This works because:
• it drains adrenaline
• it interrupts the emotional spiral
• it protects identity (no shame hangover)
• it ends with safety + gratitude
Your cohort may eventually do this together on audio notes — but only after they understand the technique.
For now, it’s solo.
