HALT-You

Sane-You

HALT-You makes 98% of your bad decisions.

When you are:

  • 🍽️ HUNGRY
  • 😡 ANGRY
  • 😞 LONELY
  • 😱 TERRIFIED

…your brain goes full caveman.

It stops thinking long-term and only cares about survival.

That’s when you:

  • buy the phone on credit
  • say yes to someone you should say no to
  • quit the job too fast
  • text toxic people
  • ghost opportunities
  • overspend to feel better
  • fight with the wrong person
  • run from things you actually want

HALT-You is not dumb.

HALT-You is malnourished, overwhelmed, and exhausted.

So here’s the sacred rule:

💥 If the decision can wait 24 hours… it waits.

No exceptions.

Not even “pero está en descuento.”

Not even “I need to answer NOW.”

Most “urgent” things are just panic wearing a fake badge.
