3️⃣ With your cohort, safely burn the old story.
Let it go up in smoke.

4️⃣ Read a piece of your letter out loud.
Feel your chest open.
Feel your ancestors leaning in.

5️⃣ Hug everybody.
Like real hugs.
The kind that say:
“Thanks for surviving with me.”

And then — the final piece:
